We strongly believe that our success is directly linked to our team. As a rapidly growing company, currently PT ATAS Engineering has 12 main employees and 20 additional non- permanent employees.
QUALIFIED
All employees of PT ATAS already have qualified experience in the field of electrical and instrumentation, including experience in the hydraulic system.

Their individual experiences, there were 5 years, 10 years, 20 years and more than 20 years, covering area of mining industry, manufacturing, construction and other industries.
Tantan Rustandi
His education is Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology-Bandung, Indonesia He has served as Electrical & Instrumentation Acting Supervisor (1990–1995), Electrical and Instrumentation Instructor (1995–1999), Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer (2003-2006) of PT Freeport Indonesia. He has also served of Citibank, N.A under PT. Colliers International Indonesa (Jan. – Nov. 2006), PT Bank Lippo Tbk/ PT Bank CIMB Niaga (Nov.2006-2010), UD Adizha Ravi (PT Rasana Vetiver Indonesia since May 2017) as Owner (2010– 2017), Singapore Embassy under PT Collier International as Facility Manager (Nov. 2011-January 2012), Rasana Rasyidah Foundation as Owner (2015–Pesent).
Fitri Rahmawati
She graduated from Teacher Education (STKIP) Garut (English Majority) in 2016. She has qualified experience in the field of foreign language especially English. She has served as teacher of state school (2015), Korean and English Course (2016-2017), private course (2016-2017), and private school (2017-Present).
Annisa Kayungyun
She has qualified experience in the field of finance. She has served of Rasana Rasyidah Foundation as Treasurer (2015–Pesent) and Cooperation of Rasana Rasyidah Mandiri as Treasurer (2017–Pesent).
Haryo Indradi
He graduated from the Electrical Engineering University of Dian Nuswantoro (2007 - 2012), he had worked at PT. Visonet International as SAE (2012-2016), he once interned at the Krakatau Power Electric Cilegon PLTU on instrument and control parts (2010) and at PT Atas Rekayasa (2018 - present).
Nanang Santoso
He graduated from STM Penerbangan Malang (1974). He has served of Bechtel Inc. LNG Project Bontang (1975-1976), Bechtel Inc. LNG Project Bontang (1977-1977), Dravo Pacific Inc. Nickel Project Soroako (1977-1977), Morrison Knudsen International Inc. Gresik Third Expansion (1978-1978), Fluor Arabia Ltd. Oil Project Dhahran (1978-1979), P.T. Freeport Indonesia, Copper & Gold Mining (1980-2012)
Indra Harjasa
He graduated from Technical High School (STM Pembangunan Bandung) majoring in Industrial Instrumentation and Process Control (1995-1999). He has served of JOB Pertamina as Instrument & Control Team Leader (2011–2013) and as Acting Instrument & Control System Supervisor (2010-2011), PREMIER OIL NATUNA SEA. BV as Instrument and Control Technician (2008-2010), PT.Freeport Indonesia as Concentrating Instrument Technician (2008), PT. Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO Indonesia) as Production Operator (1999-2000).
